Name - Richard
STEAM-ID - STEAM_0:0:92009195
Staff Members Name - You found nothing in the crate AKA Stewart STEAM_0:1:84015634
Punishment Reason - Job Abuse
Server - SSRP 1
Story/Situation - Was playing the server, noticed there are 6 cops online and decided to try my luck hiding a nuke.
Was a trashman collecting trash, finished making precious metal, switched to gangster went and hid a nuke with a scan jammer, started it, after a minute went back to being trashman and started collecting trash again (Had no plan to defend the nuke, only hid it and wanted it to go out - the rules clearly state you have to be a raiding job to LAUNCH the nuke.
I was told to switch job in ooc by serveral players including stewart which I did right after being told so.. after the nuke exploded I went to it's location to show some people where I hid it, stewart showed up and sayed "you're getting warned for nuking as trashman".. I explained I had no idea that if I do a hidden nuke without any defense I have to stay as the raiding job and that the rules state nothing about that and that now I understand and it wont happen again.. he didn't listen and warned me.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? .
There was no sit, the staff member didn't listen and the warning came 15 mintues after the occasion, the rules do not state anything about remaining the specific job after launching the nuke, and I had absolutly no intention to job abuse or loophole for that matter, when I was told to switch back to gangster I did that right away!
These are the two rules which are relevant here
7.4 - Any job that is allowed to raid may also launch a nuke (Excluding any Police Job)
9.1 Job Abuse - Switching to jobs in certain scenarios to bypass game features or rules is considered job abuse. This includes but is not limited to: switching to a job which is able to raid from one that cannot inside a base, switching to a job to increase a job counter (ie. bank, casino vault or nuke) to then join the raid, switching to a cop to arrest a wanted player instantly or switching to a job to instantly kill another job.
The rules clearly state you need to be a raiding job to launch the nuke which I did, at no point did I abuse a job to nuke - I did no bypass any game features or rules, I became a gangster in order not to break the rule.

Hello AfroHat
After reviewing your appeal and speaking with the punishing admin (Stewart), I have decided to deny this appeal. To begin, I'd like to point out that when you start a nuclear launch, you are initiating the launch process rather than launching it immediately; otherwise, there would be no need for a 15-minute countdown. I'll also point out that what you said is literally job abuse if you read the rules. "Switching to jobs in certain scenarios to bypass game features or rules is considered job abuse." Although you may have been confused with the rules, Myself and Stewart believe you are attempting to loophole your way out of this warning. I'd suggest reading over the rules thoroughly.
