Story/Situation - What happened? Was leveling up nuke with my friends, all of a sudden kronen and spoons show up, kronen shots one of my friends so I proceed to attempt and kill him in return, accidently killed spoons in the process - the video clearly shows crossfire, I was then afk for a bit, returned to me being warned for "rdm" without even given the option to show my side.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
There is a situation with the "Standby" gang.
Standby are backed by Standby, giving key staff positions to these people is wrong – Not all included but most.
Please note this and be more thorough, I have been in many sits which were spectated by a “Standby staff” which then intervened in the outcome of the sit and with the staff who was handling it. furthermore these staff act as friends and usually handle most of the sits for their friends resulting in verbal / no punishment at all.

therefore I'd like a non standby gang staff member to handle this.
I have video proof it was honest crossfire unfit of a "rdm" warning, I will send it to the staff member handeling, thank you.

You clearly tried to rdm me as you can see in the clip i provided, it was also seen by faithful and markus (2 staff which are not part of standby) and both of them said its rdm next time just don't rdm

I would like to mention that both me ( Jayhouse ) and Faithful ( interstellar ) agreed that it was very clear rdm.. You're just coping at this point.

This isn't an appeal. this is you ranting at staff members because of a gang they are in. Crossfire is not an excuse and there seems to be evidence held against you for this therefore the warning should remain.

Listen here, during the sit you were pretending to be AFK to the point where after I checked the clip I saw that spoons was blatently RDM'D and other staff members agreed therefore i proceeded to warn you.
RIGHT AFTER I warned you, you decided to stop pretending to be away and came back and INSTANTLY made an F1 about being falsely warned. After a while, you were supposed to supply your side of the story however you kept persuading to see spoons clip and then you also decided to go AFK in the sit?? my time was being wasted and so was the others so I closed the sit and told you to appeal it on the forums.

2.2 Random Death Match - In order to kill or harm another player you require a valid role-play reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse for killing people nearby where you are raiding or shooting.

I didn't try to kill spoons because he was nearby.. he walked into me shooting kronen as you can clearly see in the video I will provide on discord. This was unfit of a warning.
