Story: I was talking with Xnator about Deathrun (I wasn't being rude) but then Sam joins in on the conversation, not really contributing much at all. We go back and forth for a while and I get muted a for 7 whole days for "TOU". Now not only does this punishment seem FAR too long considering its my first discord mute ever that I know of, I also fail to see how I was the one to break TOU. Sam was the one who became uncivil with me after saying this:

Before this I hadn't gotten aggressive or cursed at all, in fact even after it I wasn't aggressive. I simply brought up his activity since he wanted to bring up mine, yet I was the one to be punished.
Proof: None
Extra Information: I tried contacting Richard to figure out the reason for such a lengthy mute but he has yet to respond
