Hi oven,

Do you have a longer clip than this? The rule states that you can only kill people if they follow you for an "extended period of time" (or if they have an arrest baton out, as that would be considered threatening behavior), but the couple of seconds in that clip wouldn't really be considered this, but it would be a different case if it happened for an extended period, if you had warned him to stop using /me or he had directly come at you with an arrest baton.

Callum was constantly doing this even NLRing in some situations he has been following us quite a lot with the intent of arresting out suits and weapons. We killed him due to this being a very consistent action of his.

Do you have evidence of this? And also, was this Callum just leaving Spawn or actively breaking NLR/consistently following you (after being warned to stop with /me) in other districts?

Sadly i did not clip these situations however after he would die he would follow me for a few mins like through buildings aswell. Maybe he has a crush on me im not sure.

hey man i dont have a longer clip than this but he was sitting at spawn and started walking towards for a good amount of time us so i took it as a threat

i think the rule is stupid and should be reworded because extended is "longer than usual" and there's no such thing as a "usual amount of time to be following a wanted person as a cop on zarp gaming"

i personally think they had enough reason to kill him seeing as he was clearly looking at one of the wanted players and running towards them - it's not like he couldnt switch to an arrest baton in less than half a second, plus why would he be running into a wall if his goal wasn't to arrest the wanted player?

(i dont think callum should be reported for this but i dont think oven should have been warned either, especially without a sit while wanted in RP and with items equipped)

I was appealing my punishment someone must've changed it to a report abuse

then it should be removed. it was a misunderstanding. Dont really know why callum would warn him instantly. Just a friendly heads up seems rare nowadays

Hi oven,

I've taken a look over your rapsheet and had a chat with Callum regarding this punishment, and given that you don't seem to have any other recents, I've decided to give you the benefit of the doubt in this instance.

You should now be aware of the rule and be a little bit more careful when it comes to shooting people for "chasing" you. In the future, make sure to do a /me if someone is following you in a manner which isn't directly threatening (ie. running directly at you for an extended period, running at you with a weapon or running at you with an arrest baton whilst you're wanted).

The warning will be removed, but consider it as a verbal!
