Alright, this whole scenario is fucked up. I rejoin zarp to yisyas telling me via discord that people are nuking in his base and he can't do anything about it. The main reason this is, is because yisyas now has to be extremely careful with whatever he does as everyone is out for his head and will report him at any chance they get so yisyas is now worried to handle anything by himself or is worrying about anything he does that he might get reported. Why? Because he's a FAIR staff member in a different gang. He has done absolutely nothing wrong and he instantly gets targeted if something happens.

Now back to the story, I join back and Evil Stewie, Nafe, Hazzinator have raided our base (Nafe & Hazz breaking cooldown from raiding 5 minutes before the nuke) and have nuked in it and killing anybody who goes into YisYas' base as if it's theirown. I don't give a shit if they payed some money to get their logo on a building, rules still exist. The worst thing wasn't that they did all this and then later decided to return with the kids like kronen and oven who were guards at the time and were then in our base going up the elevator after the nuke finished, the worst thing was how there were 3 staff online who were NOT afk:
Yisyas; Joshua and Callum.
Yisyas had repeatedly asked joshua who was pissing about nocliping around the world to help him as he doesn't want to interfere and possibly lose his staff rank. Joshua completely ignored him and when others like me asked Joshua he eventually left. Great. Callum starts deleting all of my f1's not helping me in the slightest to get this whole situation sorted. Eventually notifies my of joshua disconnecting.
I didn't want to ask callum as he is one of the most tragically apointed staff members. I had received the past day or two 2-3 recent punishments. Most kicks for "prop abuse". The first one I was getting CDMd, not point of making a sit as CDM in most eyes is funny so instead I stopped myself from being hit and built a thin ramp with a flat prop so they went over me instead. Callum comes and says how its propblock and hes going to kick me now, no verbals or anything. Right... Later I then decide to hoverboard under his car, he asks me to stop but I do it once more and receive a kick, fair. His car then ends up parked on a wall, he goes to me when I asked what happened and he threatened to ban me. I don't understand how in the world Callum has received Mod on SSRP but it's way beyond of his abilities even being owner of TTT is enough.

So thats 2 recents added to my rapsheet.
My other recents were a rocket with the reason RDA, as a joke.
My others were a ragdoll from EMP himself and a recent which was going to disappear this night.

Most of these recents had no seriousness which I never had chance to explain.

So back to the story, I go to callum as my last option and he is pfting at me every time I try and ask him to deal with it. I then pretend to tab out and hes once again mocking me for trying to get something done which should of been dealt ages before. He tells me to "send the proof on the forums so it can get delt with or something" which I tell him thats not needed as he is right here dealing with this. My Medal clip decides not to capture anything so I tell him this. Although I assure everyone that Callum was litterally part of that nuke and I am sure you can check all of what I am saying out in deep logs. Callum with his 5 star humour questions me and says "idk was i there" trying to be funny as he now knows I don't have proof in evidence form.

This whole scenario is absolute bullshit. Everyone is on Yisyas' ass whenever something happens when I'm in vc with him most times and he's always leaving rp to deal with sits so IDK what everyone's problem with him is.

So it comes to an end with yisyas tping to me and saying how evilstewie has video evidence of me nlring. This was due to the nuke going off and the NLR zone being huge it covers yisyas' building and half of the map, and I am the one being punished for asking guards not to raid as their job and them killing me continuing the raid.

Zarp please sort out your staff and players

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Logs.
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Don't know how they have gotten away with this.

I never broke raid timer, I walked in when I first joined the server and died. Decided to organise a raid with a few players as guards hired by myself (was successful). Reported the rulebreaking articles in the base that YisYas had done then left.

Idk why you feel the need to lie in every appeal and report you make. It literally doesn't help you.

the fact you are sitting here mocking players and staff members on your ban appeal shows you shouldn't be unbanned, just gives them more and more reason to keep you banned.

Based on a conversation with Callum, other users involved, a look at your rapsheet and a look through the logs, it does not look like you've been unfairly treated here at all, and the logs do not line up with parts of your story, nor do you have any evidence to back up your claims.

You've consistently been rude and disrespectful towards other people on the server, including when staff have been trying to speak with you and have been collecting punishments on your rapsheet. I'd recommend taking the chance whilst you're banned to refamiliarise yourself with the rules and reconsider how you're going to behave on the server towards other players and staff once you return to avoid getting yourself in this situation again.
