Story/Situation - I managed to run somebody over with a Chevrolet Blazer due to the poor handling, I intended on appealing this punishment at the time but was permanently forum banned and haven't had the chance up until today. I have apologised to Preston in game and have spoken to him about the situation and he understands that I feel it was an accident and encouraged me to appeal it.
