Reason: What is/might be the reason that you got banned? "Discrimination, Mass Disrepect. "
Time: How long were you banned for? Permanently
Story: What happened? I poked nyxeline with an offensive message saying something along the lines of "you're gay" and got pulled into a spacer without a heads up by Nyx and Mixers, they told me to explain myself and I said multiple times that I do not wish to speak about my actions as long as Mix3rz was in the channel as I am not comfortable speaking with him due to him having some sort of grudge against my friend group on Teamspeak. I feel that a permanent ban is too harsh and that Mix3rz was thinking more through his emotions and not as a staff member should as he also made fun of my accent once through the sit, but as I don't have proof of that it never happened. It was also brought to my attention that I said another offensive thing to nyxeline when she joined the spacer I was in which is completely false, and I wrote to nyx about it. In my last appeal i got denied for also disrespecting nyx, i never said anything towards nyx and he also stated that he didnt feel any disrespect towards him during the sit, i would appriciate it if a fully informed Lead team member handled my appeal this time and not like last time.

Extra Information: Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I asked to speak with Nyx about my actions but Mix3rz refused to leave, and I take full responsibility for the "you're gay message" towards nyxeline
I was told to write to Chute if I had any concerns but I can't add him due to his privacy settings on discord

No it isn't offensive in itself, and some people may have thicker skin and be able to brush off an insult. That doesn't mean that everyone can just brush it off and say "it's not an insult if I don't let it be one" - for some people who may have been bullied for it, harassed by family members, etc. it can be much more harmful when used as an insult to certain people.
