Story: What happened? I poked nyxeline with an offensive message saying something along the lines of "you're gay" and got pulled into a spacer without a heads up by Nyx and Mixers, they told me to explain myself and I said multiple times that I do not wish to speak about my actions as long as Mix3rz was in the channel as I am not comfortable speaking with him due to him having some sort of grudge against my friend group on Teamspeak. I feel that a permanent ban is too harsh and that Mix3rz was thinking more through his emotions and not as a staff member should as he also made fun of my accent once through the sit, but as I don't have proof of that it never happened.
Proof: Any proof that clearly shows what happened.
Extra Information: Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I asked to speak with Nyx about my actions but Mix3rz refused to leave, and I take full responsibility for the "you're gay message" towards nyxeline

A perm ban is excessive, especially because by your words, Mixerz mocked your accent. That seems very biased. People have had lighter punishments for worse offences so the length of the ban seems like bullshit

I think your actions were stupid and that's why I said it to you and told you to stop and refrain from continuing.

However, I think a permanent ban is excessive, especially when you usually behave yourself on TS3 and just use it to talk to your friends rather than to most members of the community. It should be reduced but not fully removed.

My personal interactions with Mix3rz were rather unpleasant that night aswell:

Bottom line is that I think he was feeling powerful and decided on an excessive ban, however it shouldn't be fully reduced just shortened.
