I poked nyxeline with an offensive message saying something along the lines of "you're gay" and got pulled into a spacer without a heads up by Nyx and Mixers, they told me to explain myself and I said multiple times that I do not wish to speak about my actions as long as Mix3rz was in the channel as I am not comfortable speaking with him due to him having some sort of grudge against my friend group on Teamspeak. I feel that a permanent ban is too harsh and that Mix3rz was thinking more through his emotions and not as a staff member should as he also made fun of my accent once through the sit, but as I don't have proof of that it never happened.
Proof: Any proof that clearly shows what happened.
