Story/Situation - What happened? I accidentally killed him and went to defib in which he respawned upon seeing me make my attempt to defib!
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? Prefer if Dutch didn't handle

As I did try to resolve the situation instantly and even asked for a verbal instead in which he walked away from the sit and ignored me. My rap sheet is looking pretty clean as at the very most it should've been verbal.

Hi Smol, i've spoken to Dutch cat and regardless of his opinion, i have chosen to over rule his punishment. You seem apologetic and did try to revive Kuba but he respawned before you could. I do want to remind you to follow the rules since you do have a few recents. Very thin ice i guess or something like that.
