Hey Smol,

So after taking a look at the evidence I came to a conclusion to deny this appeal. First of all even if you "360 noscope and accidentally kill" someone it counts as RDM. You tried to revive Kuba but that doesn't matter the fact that it wasn't a RDM. Kuba has warned you with a valid reason. I suggest you following the ZARP SSRP Rules and the TOU as you were going for moderator.

Second of all, Don't be racist, any form of racism is not tolerated.
