Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the punishment(s)? "stop with the offensive and earrape taunts" - earrape taunts and an offensive taunt towards a staff member

Server - Which server did this occur on? Prop Hunt

Story/Situation - What happened? ok so anyone who knows me will also know that i love earrape. so i was just "peacefully" doing earrape taunts on the server when i got muted by MadMagic. but before this, i was given verbal warnings that i should have followed. my way of having fun on the server is by playing earrape taunts, which is obviously not everyone's favourite thing, however it is for me. i did an earrape taunt at the end of the round, in which is was "goldauraz is a fucking bimbo" earraped. this taunt was a joke taunt, with also other staff members understanding that i also made joke taunts for them. magic said that gold didnt like this taunt, which was lately said by magic, and not mentioned by gold. this means that i could've just deleted the taunt from myinstants and unfavourited it. but that didn't happen. so overall, i apologise for my poor behavior with the taunts, and ill try to not do them so often.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? i didn't make a huge deal out of it by saying "FALSE WARN!!" as i know what i did.

but before all of this, magic never had a problem with me doing earrape. he even made earrape taunts himself. so i asked him why he suddenly had a huge thing against earrape, and he said that i do it consistently, which is true. but then again, he used to earrape quite a lot.

furthermore, its seems that only magic complains about me doing earrape taunts. i dont see other players complaining about it, and whenever they do, i stop. also, earrape is a big thing in this server, so a lot of people who have access to taunts will earrape sometimes, or often.

a similar occasion to this has happened on murder. murder staff angery.

for anyone who disliked me making joke taunts about them, im sorry if i hurt your feelings. ive also sent an apology to gold about the taunt.

most of this is just plain wrong. I have asked you pretty much every time I was on to stop, multiple times.
you were staff in the past and should remember that when any user requests you to stop earraping, you should listen, but you just kept continuing.
yes I used to do it, but only as a prop and to some extent, like every now and then. not for the entire duration I was a hunter or prop.
looking at the comments you can clearly see that I'm not the only one that asked and after which you have continued.

Already got a verbal that you should have listened to. The taunt you played, how you explained it, seemed really offensive you deserved the punishment.

Earrape is allowed on the server but if you keep spamming it will become annoying, especially if it's offensive, I know the taunt was just a joke but even so if the person doesn't feel offended, spamming earrapes is very annoying, you had already received a warning through the chat by madmagic to stop, and many other players also talked to stop.

I like to do earrape taunts too, But i dont keep spamming, And if a player says to stop i will stop.

I have reviewed your appeal and spoken to MadMagic (as I was not online when this occurred):

On the subject of earrape taunts:

2.5 - Web Taunts
All taunts from the Web Taunts system must follow the ZARP TOU and all other Prop Hunt rules. Do not use any taunts that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, etc. or anything else that breaks any other rules. This includes anything disruptive (including, but not limited to, loud or high pitched noises)

[PROPHUNT] Server Rules

It is true that on Prop Hunt we have tolerated the occasional earrape taunt from any player for the sake of the game. However, you have a tendency of only playing earrape taunts and spamming them, as a prop and even as a hunter (which is unnecessary). MadMagic also tells me that this isn't the first time he has asked you this week to stop (given that you have only been playing Prop Hunt again for a week).

As far as the taunt "goldauraz is a fucking bimbo", the taunt is disrespectful and distateful, given that a "bimbo" is a derogatory sexist term used to describe an attractive but unintelligent woman. I would believe that it is common sense to avoid such remarks and not base it on whether I am offended or not.

From this appeal and previous events, it seems like you have more of an issue with MadMagic then the actual punishment. I suggest you speak privately and address whatever issues you may have with him. From myself, I have already advised you privately of your current behaviour and certain areas that you need to improve since you have told me you are considering applying for staff.

Since you were given a verbal warning and chose not to adhere to it, the punishment is valid.

This is the procedure is followed for any player on the server.
