[Murder] Haytham's punishment appeal

Name - Hellsdevil STEAM-ID - STEAM_0:0:38326545 Staff Members Name - Seggs Punishment Reason - I was never given a reason nor a verbal warning but I'm assuming it's because I was jumping around on the roof. Server - Murder Story/Situation - I was jumping on a roof and I was silently slayed. You can only get up there during the powerround low grav, but seeing as a large amount of players and staff members ranging from admin to cm team members have been up there on several occasions I was not aware of it being a problem (if it is, I have been told nothing). My intention was clearly not to break rules but rather just vibe on the server, I also fear that this was a purposeful thing to reduce my chances of being accepted for moderator. Extra Information - I feel like this is a clear breach of the staff ethos, relevant staff members may need a reminder about it's purpose.

Purposely abusing unintentional game features is prohibited. If you find a bug which could be an exploit, report it ASAP.
Doesn't say anything about the map itself. Just about the game

handling.
i will assure you now though there was nothing "purposeful" about this to "reduce your chances of moderator" you were definitely not targeted here as everyone doing it was being slayed.

Honestly out of the map memes/fun should be allowed under power rounds with low gravity. Unless you're in a completely unkillable spot I think stuff like this adds to the fun of the server and definitely shouldn't be punished. And if it is punished, at least give them some heed of warning rather than just slaying them when other people over high ranks were apparently doing the same thing.

I am not saying that was the case, but for reasons I can tell you in private I feel like that might've been a possibility.

Any particular reason why? It does kind of break the staff ethos.
It's kind of my fault, I should have given you a proper warning.
But you shouldn't have exploited the map.
I have slain you because I have been told that if you exploited in 'deathrun'.
Then you can slay the person for exploiting.

Ok but maybe you should think using the brain you have in your head and give out verbal warnings (a common thing on zarp) so people know if theyre exploiting or not. The rules are so bloody vague im surprised half the playerbase hasnt been banned

Who told you that lol, I don't know how many times I've preached about the staff ethos on deathrun. I'm sorry if I'm harsh but you were trained for moderator and admin, and now admin again, you should already know about the staff ethos.
