Not sure I believe your story whatsoever, but you seem more apologetic in this appeal but then again I personally don't believe you're taking the full responsibility. I do think its a little early since your last one though so it's still gonna be the same verdict for me, good luck nonetheless!

yeah my fridge committed armed robbery on 4 different occasions and somehow i got in trouble even though i only had all the money on me and the gun was registered to my name idk why i was in trouble

I have reviewed your appeal, your rapsheet and info from the 5 previous appeals you have submitted. I have also discussed your appeal with Argon:


The reasons provided for in detail:

1. Your Punishment (Racism)

You have a total of 16 punishments, 12 of which are for racism. Your ban is based on repeated deliberate demonstrations of racism.

The actions you claim to be made by your sibling, without any additional evidence to support this is not enough to reduce your recent punishment, given your history of racism obtained through your own actions.


2. Your Appeal

Of your 6 appeals in total, you have demonstrated the need to post non-related information to all of your appeals. The irrelevant information makes it seem like you are not taking the appeal nor the punishment seriously. In your previous appeals you have even provided damning evidence of how you are banned on other servers.
Your decision to post another appeal 1 day 23 hours from your last appeal does not show your willingness to improve your personal attitude and behavior regardless of the feedback provided to you on several appeals (links below) from both staff and the community.


3. General Attitude

Your behavior within the community (discord and the forums) has shown that your discrimination is not limited to racism but to homophobia as well. Your current choice of forum description does not help either.
In the time from your first appeal until the most recent appeal you have shown very little improvement in behaviour on other servers. Your posts on the forum display poor attitude towards other members of the community.

Unfortunately, until you make conscious effort to improve your behavior and take responsibility for your actions and how they affect others, I'm afraid the outcome of your appeals will continue to remain the same.
