After reviewing your appeal, I've come to the conclusion of denying it for now. If there were more information to review it may have been a different outcome. Of course, this happened a while ago but racism is taken very seriously. And there must have been multiple offences to have then been permabanned.

Keep up good behaviour and maybe you'll receive a better, more supportive response on your next appeal from other users who have had / will have interactions with you. Thus giving more reason to accept.
