Some guy decided to ram into a wall and died and blame me for not being able to react

We had a little checkpoint going on and this guy decided to do his thing and blamed me for it

Is it rdm?
I was told it's not rdm because I wasn't even close to that when it happened and I had no control of his movement.

Hello Ezeh,

After speaking with Peace Control Kyle I have come to the conclusion to deny this appeal. Although you aren't forced to refund users when they lose something to a rule you may or may not have broken, you still made the silly decision to put an instant kill wall in a public area.

You also ignored Kyle when he asked you to at least put the forcefield into passive mode so future incidents didn't occur, so I think it's fair we ignore your request to have the punishment removed.
