Story/Situation - A guy (Jack) has been non stop harassing me today. He reported me a total of ~15 times, all of which were false and got denied, JUST to try to get me banned, because he couldn't accept the fact that a kill I got against him was legitimate. Box handled more than half of these reports. After every kill, he would report me. This happened again now, and I have been in spectator for ~5 rounds PRIOR to the report getting handled, so I didn't reply when it got opened, Jack told his own story, and I got punished. Box knew what was going on this day as I reminded him MULTIPLE TIMES throughout every time he handled Jack's report that he was targetting me.
Extra Information - What happened on that round: A T was KOS'd by a detective as he was getting shot(FILO). Jack snipes a guy on Tester, so I head towards tower to kill him. As I go up the stairs, I meet up with FILO, who I kill, and then Jack pops up and I shoot him too. He reported me for RDM and claimed that I also RDMED his teammate who was KOS'd.
I'm not disappointed on the punishment as much as I am disappointed in Box's inability to comprehend that hey, since this guy reported me ~15 times falsely, maybe the 16th time isn't so pure.

Treat this as a report against Box's staffing as well.
Note: More than one reports against me (that was handled by Box) got falsified with proof, and Box decided to give nothing more than a verbal.

Box should've waited for you to respond before closing the chat but since its his first week I don't think anything major should happen to him, as for your appeal the proof you showed is very blurry and pretty much unusable so without it not much can be done

Sounds like you didn't ask why jack killed someone and then went to kill him anyways.

I think box did the right thing not disregarding the report as another false one. And just to clarify did he give you a verbal or did he give you a warn?

About the fact that it's his first week, I get it the wrongful closing of the chat, that happens. What I don't get is how you forget the guy who has been 1. Reporting 2. Harassing/Insulting and 3. False Accusing another user again and again throughout the day.
