I mean if looked through the post would see all the details required are there such as my name, steam id, ban reason, and banning admin, the template is there as a baseline it doesn't need to be used every time...

It might not always be required but If you can't even put in the effort to copy and paste it in then maybe you don't deserve getting it removed. There is a reason the template exists, it's so that the person handling has an easier time finding the important information. If the person appealing can't even put in the effort of copy and pasting it in (which doesn't even take a minute) why should an admin (who is a voluntary job mind you) go through more effort just because of it?
