Story/Situation - What happened?
Basically we spawn in the round; Me, callum and Vertico. Me and vertico both met up at the edge and me not realising jumped forward at the exact same time as him making us both colide. I dont know how in the world i survived as my screen was in the lava with vertico. I then giggle as it was quite funny as we jumped at the same time and apologised but Vertico didnt accept it and decided to report it even though I didnt push him or mean for this to happen. In his report he said that callum was a witness - as I recall witnesses arent allowed - and then I replied saying Im sorry and there was no rule for body block even though I never meant for it to happen. Kessi handled and opened a chat with us in. He said he will call for the witness and without any logs to prove it, any evidence to show it happened but just warned me because callum said I blocked him. I'm sorry about my clumsyness and me not seeing you when I jumped.

You and vertico did NOT both walk up to the edge, you saw vertico walking up, and u decided to RUN over to block him just in time where he then fell in. After reviewing this appeal I have come to the decision to overrule it.
The person being reported does not have to prove that you were body blocking on purpose, rather it is you that has to provide evidence that it was in fact an accident.
Since Vertico decided to keep the report, he felt as thought you did it intentionally. If you have evidence to refute this, I recommend you make a new appeal including it.
