Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the punishment(s)? NLR
Server - Which server did this occur on? Server 1
Story/Situation - What happened? so i was messing about with stefan and i shot him then he killed me then a couple seconds later he was wanted in a room so i try to arrest he froze me and warned me for NLR and i believe a verbal was deserved as i have never been punished for NLR nor received a verbal for it and i believe it was kind of unfair as i believed we were messing about and not expecting to get warned for NLR he acted as if it was just a joke when he killed me because when i shot him he said " ahh Kronen come one " and i crouch walked away and got shot in the back

i was informed that stefan doesnt know what a verbal warning is:

Hi Kronen After discussing your warn with Stefan, he told me that after he killed you, you came back and tried to arrest him again. I understand that you way have thought you guys were messing around but Stefan thought the opposite.
