TOPIC: [SSRP] ArdiEmma's Ban Appeal

Story - What happened? Me and a group of friends were messing around with the orbital strike in the mines (The gap in the top of the mines) After being told to stop me and my friends moved to rich district to spam orbital with the knowledge it is very loud (although I feel like if it was that much of an issue it would be patched). After being caught for abusing the orbital with no intention than to be loud we all got put on a final warning by Onion. Out of anger and flat out stupidity I made a flippant comment to purely get a rise out of Onion (going to avoid posting it on the forums) which resulting in a permanent ban. I felt like it was unfair to be a permanent ban hence I am making this app to request a shortened ban for my stupid actions and I am deeply sorry Onion for the flat out disgusting comment I made, it was in poor taste and if I could take it back I would.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? Unneeded

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Since being banned I have taken the time to reflect on my actions especially after been unbanned recently. I have reached out to Onion but my apology was fairly lack luster so I'm going to use this chance to say - Onion I am incredibly sorry for what I did/said. What I said I did not mean as a personal attack it was a flippant comment at whoever the staff member was handling. I have been banned for 16 days if I recall correctly, I think 16 days in a fairly long time for what I did, I hope you can accept how deeply sorry I am for my stupid spur of the moment actions and actions I did while thinking safety in numbers. Thank you.

I mean, looking at the response to the previous appeal:

"It is not an intended feature of the game or server for you to get a group of friends together and continuously spam orbital strikes and airstrikes on a single location after being told multiple times to stop in order to annoy and/or earrape the users of the server. Furthermore, the hole in the roof of the mines is not there for you to use it to spam them there either."
It is not an 'intended feature' of the server to be able to do a lot of things, yet doing them wouldn't explicitly be called 'exploiting'. Also, I don't see how using the hole is exploiting either. You could punish this person for being a nuisance but nothing is really explicitly exploiting here. Yes it was probably annoying but the person has now claimed they're very sorry about that and seems genuine about it and whatever went on with the staff member(s).

Onionrings, Clarky and I used to do this back when I was a head admin. Not only is it extremely funny but it seemed to be fine back then, wonder what changed?

I've spoken with OnionRings about this, and we feel as though it would be okay to give you one more chance to play on the server properly by reducing your ban to 1 week. Please make sure that you do follow the rules and make sure not to exploit in the future once this ban has expired or you will be permanently banned again and we won't be so lenient if it does happen again!
