Punishment Reason - Advertising other servers/gamemodes

Server - SSRP USA

Story/Situation - Ten minutes before, I got warned for the same reason and made an appeal and it got accepted.
I was talking to Darling and Kryptic on the ooc and I said the naughty word perp and I got muted AGAIN.
According to the TOU Change, it doesn't state that advertising gamemodes is against the TOU.

Extra Information - At this point, this guy is wasting everyone's time by forcing us to make warn appeals at 6AM and imo he needs to be retrained asap.
