TOPIC: [Discord] Baxter Black's Ban Appeal

Hello Baxter.

Thanks for taking some time to make an appeal. I've taken some time to consider your ban. I have discussed your ban with others and we believe you should wait more time before being unbanned from the discord.

I have discussed your ban in detailed with Xnator and I have came to a conclusion to deny your appeal. You state that you never heard Xnator asking you to stop 3 times before he decided to punish you for streaming on another server. When Xnator kindly asked you to stop streaming 3 times you apparently started to scream/shout "I DIDN'T SHOW THE LOGO". Showing the logo or not you were fully aware what you were doing wasn't allowed. Since you were streaming another server within the ZARP Discord it would make people want to join the call to see what's happening and leading more players to join other servers, therefore advertising.

The forum post that was made by Sorle was later edited out of the post. Advertisement of other servers has always been against the rules. That post what was made long ago which most people don't even remember what was actually on the thread. Which is extremely different from streaming the servers gameplay to multiple of people.

Looking at your appeal Baxter you've put 0 effort into your ban appeal and not even tried to argue or apologize it. We suggest you make a full proper appeal apologizing for your actions of advertising other servers and blatantly streaming them. According to Xnator you were showing more than just the "Loading Screen".

Xnator also stated that you replied to him when he asked you guys to stop streaming.
