Name - What is your in-game name? Lywa #FBB #AABB STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:0:43567286 Staff Members Name - Who warned you? Hiro Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the punishment(s)? Job Abuse Server - Which server did this occur on? SSRP S1 Story/Situation - What happened? Jeans wanted to nuke so i went FBI for him. I switched back to gangster after the nuke started and then i hung around in crack house and i did not kill any cops or defend in any way what so ever. After a bit I joined S3 to check the event and then I was notified a bit later that I got offline warned. Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I was previously denied for "Going cop to influence the cop number required to start a nuke and switching back to gangster is
job abuse." Which is not a good denial reason for two reasons.
1) The rules clearly state that it is not job abuse to go cop to influence the cop number and then changing back to gangster if you are not raiding (or defending a nuke). "switching to a job to increase a job counter (ie. bank, casino vault or nuke) to then join the raid" It said join the raid but it should probably be interpreted as defending a nuke as well.
2) What's the difference between me being FBI and not raiding and me being a gangster and not defending. It makes no sense that i should be punished for something that doesn't change anything.
You switched to FBI just of the sake of a nuke starting and then immadietly switched back.
If you would've either stayed cop or raided the nuke then it would've been fine.
So in my opinion the warn is fair.
After speaking with Hiro, we have both agreed that this is denied. You still went cop to influence the amount of cops required to start the nuke, then immediately switched back.
