Story/Situation - What happened? So I was hobo making my little hut in spawn and a play called EthanTheRapGTAVMLPNYCLover2001 became mutant just to annoy me and kill me and please bare in mind this guy has done this multiple times over the past month or so he has false wanted me he has stun sticked me a lot after being told to stop with a /me he has in shorter word I guess harassing me? I have made at least 7 or 8 F1's about this and nothing has come of it. also with the situation from last night he had done a few things before that like stun sticked me into a new district, stun sticked me after /me twice and generally annoying me. so after I die 1 time in spawn I leave spawn to electric district and he kills me again by that point I had forgot about the first NLR in spawn so I start rebuilding my hut and get told by BDOG I think that I was breaking NLR so I leave the district and then I suddenly get TPed to a roof and warned I think that a warn is a bit to excessive as I had 0 warns on my rapsheet and already left the area I died. I feel as though a verbal was enough.

It was a heat of the situation type thing and it should be removed as it was a bit extreme being warned in the spot when he was trying to do something and was being harassed by some guy
