You mass rdmed, then left the server. You were going to get banned but I said "hes fine if he re-joins this round" and you came back. I have spoken to Nay and even though you didn't mean to you still Mass RDMed so he gave you a single warning for RDM, I don't personally know if dropping it cancels it as I have never tried but it obviously didn't work in this case.
