Story/Situation -so i died in a tunnel between spawn and suburbs and i saw onion comin out of there so i decided to arrest him cause he wasnt in the district where i died so i arrested him in spawn and he warned me for it. if there is a rule that proves that what i did was wrong then im sorry for what i did because if i did wrong then can you please let me off cause i didnt know that it wasnt allowed

You interacted with the district that you died in to get to him. I've even made punishment requests on users for doing the same thing it's still NLR.

i didnt go to that district i saw him coming out of there bein wanted you maybe read it wrong its ok to make mistakes my friend

spawn & Suburbs tunnels is a different district than spawn. if he did not know that onion was the one that killed him and he arrested him in spawn I would say that's fair. Then again, if he went for him then thas a different story. Also, if you read the request then he does not say that onions killed him so don't think he knew.
