Story/Situation - warned by MrJinx for RDM however the traitor had killed an innocent right in front of me, didn't ID the body or attempt to ID the body and didn't announce why they killed the innocent. Jinx then warns me for 'RDM - Please Ask Why They Killed The Inno'. Jinx clearly has a grudge against me for reporting him twice now

Talked to MrJinx about your warning, He told me that you killed the traitor who killed an innocent without giving him a chance to explain himself or ID the body. You have to give someone ample time to ID the body then ask them why they killed them and after they give their reason you can go from there.
