Story/Situation -
I was at the entrance of the Police underground parking with Clarky Bunny Jamie and Freshfuit, Orang3 was speaking with Jamie for something else and since i was already messing with Clarky etc.. i was playing "Midunesti nane, nane nane"
I got muted for playing that song because he considered that was ear rape when it's not AT ALL.
Garry's mod vocal sound changed, and it made the sound weaker, and to change that you have to use the command voice_scale and by default it's 1

So not only there's no rule about not being allowed to play ear rape sounds but also i don't consider my sound to be an ear rape song.
I noticed afterwards he asked me to stop in OOC i was using my master sword around, fucking with ACS bubbles and i did not see him ask me to stop.
He could have just tp me on a roof and ask me to stop when we were at the PD but he straight up muted me like a coward.

I mean with no recent punishments for anything related recently for it and by the sounds of it him not even giving you a verbal there's no need for you to be punished, just seems the staff member is eager to get some punishments in. You didn’t affect my RP or anyone else’s, I’m pretty sure no one even reported you so I wouldn’t see why warning was needed (unless a staff member had told you off beforehand, a warning is totally unnecessary imo). Since Orang3 is no longer a staff member I have decided to accept this. Even tho it was kind of earrape you weren't annoying any other users nor did any user report you. Please next time be more aware of what you play. I get that you were just messing around with your friends for a bit of fun, don't do it again! I will contact a Head Admin to remove the punishment.
