Story/Situation - What happened? I weapon checked orange he then moved, me being the angel i am i gave him a second chance to stay still and not move (which he didn't and he moved) and i arrested him, he then proceeded to freeze me and warn me in the middle of the street interfering with others rp and not taking me to the roof.

After watching the video it is quite clear that you RDA'ed. First of all you weren't even next to him when you done the /me and it took him a second to notice what was going on. He then took 1 step back to where you can clearly still weapon check him as the bar was still on the screen but you decided to go out of your way and stop the weapon check and then arrest him. You were also told to stop doing this by myself and Hiro when we were online with you. EMP also stated that it was RDA.

Yea nope. This was a valid warn. You can feel free to arrest them when they blatantly run away. I mean come on the bar didn't even go away. Your clearly just trying to piss users off. This can be your only warning, keep trying to disrupt the server and I'll make sure its more then just a warning.
