Story/Situation - What happened?
basically there was a guy in the tester who i had seen be tested 3 times (and the light turned green) meaning he was proven. he was still in the tester as i was stuck in the door, someone then said that he was proven in voice chat, then someone comes and drops him, i then kill him as he killed a proven innocent.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
i dont have to ask the guy why he killed him as this is only recommended and not a requirement.

Hello Maddox, I have spoken to Rittsu and I have decided to deny this appeal. There was no justifiable reason to kill the person who dropped the innocent since according to Rittsu, the tester was red which is a justifiable reason to drop the person in the tester. Rittsu also said the person who DID drop the tested person was proven innocent and since you have no evidence to support, the warning for RDM will stay.
