Name - What is your in-game name? idk, idk
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:1:442617742 STEAM_0:0:442666829
Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? idk, it dont tell me
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? scamming/ban evading
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? perm
Story - What happened? mytic used my alts behind my back to ban evade, and scammed people, but he payed them back and got unbanned, but he got rebanned for scamming again. Both of these alts have paid back their scammed amount, and mytic no longer has access to these accounts.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? no
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. some of my alts were unbanned about a year ago, and 2 remained banned,

but seeing as it has been a while now, i'm hoping they could be unbanned now.
