Punishment Reason - Building in a kos district

Story/Situation - I placed a text screen that said "down with jay house, rise pink lemonade" in the sky during the pink lemonade raid on the jay house base in crackhouse district.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I believe there favoritism because kato is in jay house and was inside the base during the raid. He warned me on the direct order of one of his peers.

I was in the call, nobody said anything about it.

After reading through your appeal and speaking with Kato I've decided this will be denied. Pushing a textscreen into a district that is being raided is considered building during a raid and its no different than pushing a prop inside, its very distracting and nonetheless against the rules.
