TOPIC: [SSRP] Fred's Warning Appeal

Story/Situation - What happened? Me and extra was having some fun killing each other (not mass rmding each other but we probably killed each other like 2/3 times in the space of 10mins. He started shooting me so i returned fire to which orange froze extra and i said to him dont warn him its chill, its me hes shooting. The sound which happens when u warn someone happened so I said why'd u warn him its fine to which i repeatedly shoot extras head cause hes frozen then as i am on my last bullet orange unfreeze extra and i kill him. Even if extra wouldn't be ok with me killing him it wouldn't be rdm as he shot me first.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I tried to sort it out in game but orange insisted i make an appeal rather than speaking to me i dunno seem over dramatic.

So here is my issue with this warning. Yes I geuss you can claim it was "rdm" since it is infact a random death match. But to issue the warning an f1 should of been made, Or at least a complaint from the person being killed. The person who died didn't seem to bothered.

I would also like to add he was shooting him while the player was frozen (not taking no dmg) this means it was not rdm. Until orange unfroze him mid way through fred spraying the pistol. It also looks like at the speed of the warning Orange was going to warn fred for shooting the frozen player. This would make this a false warning. Yes you can claim he was interfering with your "admin sit" But then I would have to argue why are you doing sits int he middle of the road.

Warning should be removed
