TOPIC: [SSRP] Repo's Warn Appeal

Story/Situation - What happened? On(1:39 AM/ 5/5/20/) I was warned for RDM by Hiro. Normally I would take the warn because its just a warn, but in my opinion this is complete bull crap. There was a HUGE group of rdm prop spammers constantly killing me, constantly propblocking, blocking spawn completly, making cages to trap people in, prop pushing, everything a rule breaker would do. This was going on for 30 minutes constantly spawning in and getting shot at, so in defense im going to shoot back at the people shooting me first. Hiro claims in all of this I rdmed him which in one occasion he walked up to me in spawn on his ALT while all of it was going on and I shot him one time because I thought he was he was the one of the citizens on the spree, I instantly stopped firing when i saw it was him. IF there was another time which he did not mention to me, it would have been in cross fire while defending myself. He claims I was apart of the massive prop spam which I was not, the whole prop spam was from a guy spawning dupes in ADV dupe 2 and that I was not doing, and claims he saw me, which is absolutely a lie, because if he did really witness me do all of this I would have gotten the ban punishments like the others I also have not spawned a prop that whole time I was on the server because basically when I joined this started happening, I haven't even got to make a base yet. The whole time that this was going on I had made multiple F1s about the whole situation, I wasn't trying to break rules. Hiro didn't even give me the time of day to explain my story, just accused me, blamed me for doing the stuff I didn't do, and warned me. Nothing else. Like I said normally I wouldn't say anything about a warn, because who makes a post and complains about a warn, its not like its the end of the world, but this is stupid.

I was on my alt since my main wasnt working, I respawned out of the base i was in and took a look at spawn, spawn was getting mass propblocked and propspammed, i walked up to you and you shot me, i said "what are you doing?" and I informed you that i was staff, you then said "ok" and killed me, so i restarted my PC, hopped on my main, warned you for RDM and banned the three people that were covering spawn in props, spawning in swastikas, and mass rdming. I didnt punish you for propspamming with the adv dupe because i realized you were not a part of the gun dealers destroying the server and your name was not on any of the props, you got warned for RDM because you rdmed me

Lets get it straight, I know if a rule breaker is rdming it is not okay to go around and rdm, but it is okay to kill the person rdming me in defense, which was what was going on the 15 minutes spawn was blocked, I didn't go around killing everyone in sight that spawns in, I waited til a shot was fired at me, mostly camping in the buildings in spawn waiting for one of them to come to me. My intent was not to be rude to Hiro as I do see why it would seem like that, reason I said "Hiro do your job" is because I made multiple f1s at least 20 mins apart, no help, I asked in OOC if hiro was active or afk, turns out he was active. I didn't know he was in the middle of handling it when I said it because everything was still going on. The only time I got hostile is when you and your buddies butted in and started saying shit like kys and just being hostile towards me. I wasn't trying to be an asshole to Hiro, I was trying to get out of spawn

I'd say if you're a player who in all cases follows the rules well, and this was a one off incident it was just a use of poor judgement on your part and lack of patience to wait for Hiro to deal with the F1's rather than trying to spray back at everyone you thought might have RDM'd you before hand.

I think this is funny do to you getting warned first before he is handling the mass rulebreakers cus you killed his alt...

It wasn't "spraying at people I thought rdmed me" it was shooting back at the people actively shooting at me. In the case where I shot Hiro I instantly stopped, I did not kill him like his lies state, we literally escaped together. It's just funny I was the one making the F1's trying to get this shit to stop because I was fucking tired of respawining and dying, and I get punished for it. If my goal was to break rules this would be much different, but you all want to warn me for bullshit that all of you would have done in that situation, its quite retarded
