Punishment Reason - What was the reason for the punishment(s)? I whispered
Server - Which server did this occur on? TTT UK Minecraft only
Story/Situation - What happened? So I was whispering cause my little brother was sleeping and I for muted for 5 minutes because of it.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? I think its unfair to mute someone that's whispering because I was just talking about normal stuff and playing the game as anyone else on the server.

This Mute also caused me a 2 week ban so please remove this false mute.

I've spoken with Exothermic about this and I was online when this mute was given. Although it's true that the mute was a mistake, he intended to gag you and either way it would have counted as a punishment. You were blatantly mic spamming before you started whispering. You were given multiple warnings to stop, which you ignored, and then you started to whisper straight into the mic, which Is louder than most mic spam. Even then you were told to stop, and you didn't. Even if you didn't think you were mic spamming, staff's word is final. When you are told not to do something, don't do it.
