This happened in OOC
Every time Sammie talked in OOC, Sinz would reply "PEEK A BOO" and as a JOKE i responded "Sinz you must have a special mental illness"
For some reasons, he considered this as harassment.
I was already teasing him in OOC a few time before saying that sentence in OOC
I was for most of the time saying his gimmick "SNIFFF " after i died in a raid, you get my point.

So the sit get taken after about 10 to 20minutes i said this in OOC... proves again how staff members loves their job...
I didn't have enough time to deffend myself, at the end of the sit i had the attention to bring the fact that its bullshit to pretend this was harassment to get someone you dislike banned.
After Jeans announced i was going to get banned, Sinz mocked me, i got a little bit annoyed and i said "I could consider this as harassment"
I was going to deffend myself further but Jeans banned me via the chat, which was very rough, i was still going to talk and i get instant banned... great sit handling Jeans, next time consider listening to the SA training you.

So yeah, Sinz reporting someone for harassment... thats crazy isn't it ?
We all remember the time when Sinz was clearly abusing and begging to death anybody.
Sinz calmed down, yes i know. Peoples know i am FRENCH, so naturally Sinz will always come and annoy me, in vocal in game.

Do i give a fuck ? no, will i report Sinz because i could consider this as harassment ? no i won't because i'm not a fucking bitch.
I dislike Sinz's attitude, but that doesnt mean i should be biased and be a huge bitch to get someone i dont like banned or punished for a BULLSHIT reason.
Its like saying "ur gay" to someone randomly, who would give a fuck ? its a JOKE, anyone could use this a pretext to claim "THIS DUDE HARASSED ME" The admin will respond its not harassment...
But Jeans didn't let me deffend myself, that's why i'm making my appeal.
I already got reported by Sinz a few days ago for the same reason, Jeans handled to sit and i got warned.
I did say something that was more offensive yes, because Sinz was REALLY annoying, i won't get into details, i feel like the warn was valid.

What i said a few days ago was 50 times more offensive than the sentence i wrote yesterday, plus it was a FUCKING JOKE ! Sinz just wanted to get me off the server thats it.
And Jeans didn't realize, because he banned me too early without giving me more time to deffend myself.

I have looked into your appeal. Talked with jeans and looked at your rap sheet and at that time you have had a recent ban so this ban is totally valid even tho with the recent warnings you have. I hope I informed you enough you can always contact me if you need more information.
