I was warned by sqeeze on TTT server 1
Reason RDM + joining gunfights
what happened: God dammit Ross and Daniel_kls were both kosed and I went to kill Gos dammit Ross . I died but then I got warned for RDM .the part about joining gun fights surely isn't valid if they kos eachother but are not shooting or near eachother it shouldn't be joining a gun fight.

Also this is my first appeal and im also running for a moderator position so this will realy hurt my chances I would like to get this removed or deactivated as soon as possible please, thank you.

In my opinion, a few players still thinks that you are immune if you call KOS on another player that called you out. For me a gunfight is when you are literally in a gunfight. I think that this should've been discussed in chat instead of instantly punishing the player. I’m pretty sure that ‘gunfight’ is a broad term for when two people are ‘fighting’, whether it is with a gun or not, and you cannot determine who the traitor is of the two of them. In this situation, you don’t know who is the traitor, so by joining the fight you have made yourself vulnerable to a punishment. However I think the punishment is harsh as the rule isn’t very well explained in the rules (this aspect of it). I feel this could have been resolved with a simple talking to.

Hello Kronen, after speaking to Squeeze and Ross (Who you killed), I have decided to accept this appeal as the rule is not completely clarified (I have spoken to a LT member about this rule being clarified) along with Ross forgiving you as well as squeeze being happy with removing the warning as long as you have learned to wait it out or ask why the KOS was issued for. Thank you for making an appeal.
