TOPIC: [SSRP] Niko's Ban Appeal @TheXnator

Story - What happened? I crashed the server 3 times with proximity mines.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? N/A

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
First off, I would like to apologize for any problems it may have caused the server itself, however I would like to mention that Jack Heller was unbanned for doing exactly what I did. At the time of the server crashes, there was nobody but me and friends online. Considering it was just me and my friends, no players were negatively affected by the crashing of S3. The server being crashed was NOT malicious and I had no plans to actually harm the server, it was honestly just something that was supposed to be funny that went out of hand considering it was an item that basically everyone had lying around in their inventories. I did not think it was anything terrible of me to do due to the fact that I was only doing it to my friends. I will not do this again as I now understand what I did was wrong.

I have apologized to ChuteUK and TheXnator as it just felt like the right thing to do. After apologizing, I proved that I wouldn't do this again by doing my best to make the server better. I reported 2 exploits which could've brought in tons of problems. I can only do so much to prove how much I want to be back on the server. Being stuck at home is extremely boring and I cannot find any other game to play currently. If TheXnator, Chute, EMP, or anyone from the CM Team wants to personally talk to me I will be available. I seriously care about this server and want to make it a better place.

I was banned permanently for doing it one time and after having not been punished for 7 months, denied and told to wait "many months" to try again, but if you want to go for it, go ahead. The fact that you keep appealing shows that you want to help out the server and play again, and you have reported some exploits as well.

Theres is literally NO SSRP players on PS servers, how can peoples witness the change in attitude ?
It can only be noticed on the forums and the Discord.

Crashing the server 3 times? Would of thought you'd of learned your lesson on the first time buddy, wait out the rest of your time.

I’ve known Nikoo for a Looooooooooooooooong time now the fact that he still decides to play Zarps DarkRP is because he’s a Fiend when it comes to playing with the boys but the fact that he was banned 3 times doesn’t changed the fact that he still did it, and it would probably be a bad idea if I was anywhere near being apart of the Council or Head admin for that matter. But Nikoo has improved his behavior and you can’t you just can’t Deny that off the bat I mean he’s even gone so far as reporting bugs even while he’s banned like holy shit how do you even figure that shit out. He’s gone through a lot I’m sure these past 2 years when we haven’t talked or seen each other but we have recently and holy shit he’s different age wise.
