Story/Situation -i was talking to jinx and he was saying that i was retarded so i called him gay and i got gagged but he didnt so its unfair
Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? josh was listening the entire time and didnt warn me to stop but warned jinx to stop. and i got gagged and not jinx

I am sorry I should of gagged for disrespect, you were provoking him more that he was you, so yes I gagged you for homophobia and I am sorry it was not the correct reason I should of put disrespect and I did not hear anything about being a retard, I hear him saying that he could not hear you because of your language probably to do with your american accent so for me I heard you call him multiple time a "gay boy" so yes I gagged you and not him but I warned him in the chat then you both started yelling at each other again so I gagged both of you for mic spam. So I do not agree with removing the gag but changing the reason because it was not correct and I made a mistake.

i agree the person who called him a retard should have been gagged as well but it doesnt really change what zombie said

Sounds more like you should be making a report against the other user with some proof of what he said

I’d say Joshua did the right thing in gagging you as it sounds like you were being homophobic. I’d say you want to punish MrJinx instead of trying to get your warn removed.
