Hi there,

Wasn't sure to put this as its a warning appeal?

BAscially maddox issued me with a warning for "rdm-dont kill on sus" on the 8/4/2020 around 13:50.

Basiaclly I had enough proof on a guy to kill him but also there was DNA on the body from a detective so it was enough proof to kill him. As maddox already issued it he said to appeal it on the forums.

Story/Situation - Basically, There were only 2 guys in the tower and 1 of them got shot dead and fell off the tower (shot with a pistol/deagle, so I went up and only 1 player is stood at the top with a psitol so I killed him and he was a T, I didn't put that a detective called dna on him as well and thats what maddox didn't know as I didn't say that in the report, He sent me here after the situation to appeal as thats the only way he can take it off What happened?
Extra Information -Maddox admits he didn't know the full story Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?

apparently there is new evidence regarding the report which wasn't mentioned in the response. but on the actual report all it said was "i saw a dead body drop from tower and went up and you were the only guy up there so i killed you" which is killing on suspicion as another guy may have been up there but jumped off the side. but if it turns out there is new evidence regarding it which changes the situation then i agree it should be removed
i realise now that i probably should have started an active chat but from the report text and response i thought i already knew the full story

I've spoken with Maddox and looked over the logs and we've decided that there was evidence supporting your version of events and there was not sufficient evidence to punish you. The reason you were punished is because you were very vague in your original reason for killing him. So I urge you to be as clear as possible when answering reports in future.
