First off, I would like to apologize for any problems it may have caused the server itself, however I would like to mention that Jack Heller was unbanned for doing exactly what I did. At the time of the server crashes, there was nobody but me and friends online. Considering it was just me and my friends, no players were negatively affected by the crashing of S3. The server being crashed was NOT malicious and I had no plans to actually harm the server, it was honestly just something that was supposed to be funny that went out of hand considering it was an item that basically everyone had lying around in their inventories. I did not think it was anything terrible of me to do due to the fact that I was only doing it to my friends. I will not do this again as I now understand what I did was wrong.

Since when did the ethos actually benefit players? From my experience since they were put in place it allows staff to let their friends get away with stuff. I've been punished for being rdmed in spawn and not leaving instantly so it was nlr. Didn't go attack anyone or raise that i was rdmed yet I got punished for nlr (not effecting anyone) meanwhile the person who rdmed me (effected my gameplay negatively) got nothing
