So life was in the way of only zarpgaming ttt but any other game life was like go ahead ill buy you and hour or two? The constant lying and the fact that you say gametracker is broken but yet again only for you? Thats pathetic the one thing you cant do is man up to your mistakes rather then loopholing everything you already tried to fool the staff team by going "offline" when all you did is go invincible and continue playing . With all do respect, im shocked they accepted you again but when they did , they did it because you actually showed improvement right now, i dont think you should be staffing again.

IIRC you got demoted the last time you were staff, and now again. Sure I can understand that sometimes there are certain things in life that prevent you to come online and that's fine. Though if you already knew that you wouldn't be getting your time, why not inform the LT of the issues you are having and taking some time off, no one can judge you for that. 3 hours is the minimum requirement and you have 168 hours weekly, which is more than sufficient time to fulfill your duties for that, single week. I don't know what's this huge perpetual interference that keeps stepping between you and ZARP but surely you could have separated 1/56 of your week to complete the bare minimum if you care about the community, it isn't much to be frank. Though if you are even unable to do that much, then stepping down from your rank would be the best alternative for now.

I'm not sure where I stand here. Your attitude has been improving and I feel like the decision to demote you was influenced by the lead team's personal opinion of you. That being said, over the past month you have failed to get your time, without being on inactivity. You were just given an official warning for your activity and you made no effort to change your ways. If you dont have time to play the server, then you don't deserve to be staff on it. However, I don't know if others in the same position would have received the same treatment so I'm neutral.
