IIRC you got demoted the last time you were staff, and now again. Sure I can understand that sometimes there are certain things in life that prevent you to come online and that's fine. Though if you already knew that you wouldn't be getting your time, why not inform the LT of the issues you are having and taking some time off, no one can judge you for that. 3 hours is the minimum requirement and you have 168 hours weekly, which is more than sufficient time to fulfill your duties for that, single week. I don't know what's this huge perpetual interference that keeps stepping between you and ZARP but surely you could have separated 1/56 of your week to complete the bare minimum if you care about the community, it isn't much to be frank. Though if you are even unable to do that much, then stepping down from your rank would be the best alternative for now.
