Bambot warned and auto slayed me for doing 18 damage to God Dammit Ross which I know isn't allowed but I believe is an overreaction considering the fact that it was my brother who did it and I apologise for that. I don't think it was an overreaction as i only did what i was supposed to, you shot numerous times before actually hitting ross with a shot as well which gave me extra reason to pursue ross's report. It was not up to me to forgive this report or not but it was up to ross since it was him who felt he was wronged. Plus you just came back from a ban and have numerous recents.

I do not think this was an overreaction as i was also the one who pointed you to where you can appeal and i supplied you with the template for appealing before you sent the appeal in. I also gave you the appropriate title for your appeal if you wanted it to be considered.

Further edit: I only warned and slayed for "attempted - RDM"

I feel that although this punishment was valid, and Bampot was not in the wrong per se, it was extremely harsh. You were acting like an idiot, and accidentally killed someone, which led to Ross killing you then losing karma. The Ethos state that our intention is to make the server more enjoyable to play on, not to punish for needless mistakes. I would also like to add that you claimed it was your brother, even if this was the case this isn't a valid excuse as you are responsible for what happens on your account.

The punishment will be removed, have a nice day
