Story/Situation - What happened?
I mentioned 2 things about Jusu which did not breach the TOU's in anyway and I was punished for it.
If there is something that I am missing when it comes to the TOU, I'd love for it to be pointed out:

No extra info needed, all I need to know is why bring up the TOU, if you don't ACCORDING TO THE WRITTEN TOU know it yourself Clarky.
If possible, redirect me to the part where it says that discussions all together are forbidden, also please don't take this as some personal attack like I imagine you might, this is just a appeal for a warning I feel is complete BS.

Your excuse for not knowing the proper TOU is staff's word is final? That is true, but all you need to do is know the terms of use yourself before causing a whole shitfest.

Would you blame a player for not seeing your message and then proceeding to do something that is within the TOU for this lol?
If you're not happy with people discussing CM banned player's then get a rule about it officially approved.

I understand we shouldn't speak about a TOU banned member's ban reason because in some case some informations are critical or private or dumb shit like that but mentioning a banned dude's name shouldn't be against the rule

Besides Micky can give me a message on TS and I'll be more than happy to discuss it on there with him so it will give him a better understanding since this situation can be resolved within minutes rather than rambling on the forums on who is right and wrong.

Relating back to when you said you asked two times in ooc to stop, I gave a reasonable response and you just appear to have allowed it to go over your head and thus making you resort back to the one line answer, can you at least show a slight bit of interest in the player's of the community and at the very least, respond to the queries in a less lazy way? Thanks.
