Punishment Reason - False kos
Server - TTT 24/7 Minecraft

Story/Situation - I got warned for "false kos" since I said "kos him nhpkm". The reason why I said this was because Mörkö (a Traitor) killed an Innocent near the T room. Nhpkm said "I see Mörkö." before the body was identified (I can't know if he said it before the Inno died, since Damage Logs """"work""""). I presumed Nhpkm saw Mörkö kill the Inno (or at least fire shots), so I said "kos him nhpkm" (so nhpkm could be proven). After I said it I got Mörkö's dna and he went T room. I did not think that people could interpret that in any other way, so I didn't say "don't kos nhpkm".
Apparently I am in the wrong.

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. Saying "KOS him Nhpkm" is clearly not a KOS on Nhpkm but a command aimed at Nhpkm for him to call a KOS, so it is not a false KOS. After speaking to the staff member who warned you i was informed that when questioned by other players on the server if you were placing a KOS on Nhpkm you responed "Yes", meaning you did infact call a false KOS and the punishment is valid. As the punishment is valid this appeal will be denied.
