I feel like my appeal was completely ignored in my previous appeal, in the denied reason it clearly states

u started harassing joe after that and then u disconnected, I offline warned you then.

I don't see any reason why this warning should get removed and I offline warned you instantly after u dc, it didn't work because I had problems with ur steamID so I asked jack if he can do that for me.

I mean regardless, I was never come to directly to be told I was going to be offline warned. Which is unfair, I'm pretty sure I am meant to be spoken to when given warnings.
