I had a talk with a Head Administrator and other Administrators after this occured and we all thought this was allowed since it is a part of the property. If this is against the rules, as Clarky says it is. I think it needs a clarification in the rules that states when you can and cannot kill/arrest and what counts as part of the property. Okay sinz, since you’re some how not getting what they’re saying, I’ll explain it in a dumbed down version just for you.
If for example you’re inside at the elevator, it’ll be considered as you’re on the property, if you’re on the front porch, you’d still be on part of the property. Now going back to being at the elevator, would you not arrest a person for being on the property during a nuke even if they’re just afk? The answer is yes. You do not have to be doing anything to be arrested if you’re on the property of where something illegal is happening.

Ik but that didn't happening in the video i don't see kos sign :/ so for me it's a valid reason :/ maybe full video ?

Kos signs are only required for a district base so it does not matter
