Punishment Reason - What was the reason for the punishment(s)? RDA

Story/Situation - What happened? So at the time a nuke was going off the whole house was aos or kosable, So festive cwaki was on the property past the stairs so other cop arrested but clarky claimed it was rda even though be was in the property of the nuke and said "there was no kos line". After he was unarrested we was still on the property so i decided to arrest him again and he warned me out of nowhere not taking me to the roof and letting me explain anything to him and why he was arrested.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? Countless times ive either been arrested at this property or killed. Proof-

I've been killed and arrested for standing on the balcony shown in the video, this isn't rda as your on the property, it doesn't sound good on your part either clarky considering you didn't even tp to him to talk to him you just warned him which I feel is unfair.

This is dumb on clarkys behalf because I can confirm I do this and many others

not handling but I thought that the outside area by there was aos / kos if a nuke was inside as it is a part of the property, and when asking before I was told it was.

it's not a rda lol ! he did nothing ( he didn't equip a weapon or something can proof he can be arrested ) so the warn is valid sorry

If for example you’re inside at the elevator, it’ll be considered as you’re on the property, if you’re on the front porch, you’d still be on part of the property. Now going back to being at the elevator, would you not arrest a person for being on the property during a nuke even if they’re just afk? The answer is yes. You do not have to be doing anything to be arrested if you’re on the property of where something illegal is happening.
